Based in California’s Central Valley—where many of our team members proudly call Fresno home—Education Behavior Consultants (EBC) has spent over a decade partnering with schools and families to provide high-quality behavior intervention and support.
We are thrilled to be partnering with Compassionate ABA to offer outstanding Clinical ABA services in the San Diego area.
Our services span both school-based consultation and Clinical ABA Services, reflecting our belief that meaningful, lasting change happens when support is comprehensive and connected across environments. At the heart of our mission is a passionate, experienced team of professionals with backgrounds in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), education, psychology, and special education. We are deeply committed to culturally responsive and trauma-informed practices, recognizing the diverse experiences and identities that shape every individual’s needs. Compassionate - Contemporary - Comprehensive
Education Behavior Consultants, Inc. (EBC) was born from grassroots beginnings and a deep commitment to working alongside schools and families in our community. What began as a single consultation contract has grown into a comprehensive organization built on trust, shared problem-solving, and a common goal: to create strong schools and support students in meaningful, lasting ways.
Today, EBC includes a team of highly trained and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and other related professionals. Our educational services are guided by the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and grounded in contemporary learning and behavioral science. We specialize in supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), neurological differences, developmental disabilities, and behavioral challenges. Our programs focus on minimizing barriers to learning by reducing challenging behaviors and promoting skill acquisition. We aim to ensure appropriate placement in the least restrictive environment, meaningful family participation, and empowered school personnel equipped to foster lifelong learning.
In addition to our school-based services, EBC provides a full spectrum of clinical ABA services for individuals from early childhood through the transition to adulthood. These include both center-based and in-home therapy programs, as well as targeted social skills groups that support the development of communication, peer interaction, self-regulation, and community readiness. Our clinical teams deliver individualized intervention plans that are evidence-based and person-centered, focusing on developmental milestones, adaptive living skills, and meaningful outcomes across life stages.
EBC’s model goes beyond direct services to provide wraparound support for families and the broader community. We offer caregiver training, sibling support, and collaborative service planning that connects schools, outside services, and families. Our goal is to build capacity within every environment a learner touches. This includes family consultation, parent education workshops, and resource navigation to strengthen outcomes both in and out of the home & classroom. Lasting change begins when every member of a child’s support system is empowered with the tools, knowledge, and guidance they need to thrive together.
