After earning a Business Marketing degree from Fresno State in 2017, Alexis began her career in the business world but quickly realized it wasn’t the right fit. Her passion for helping others led her to a new path—working with children with special needs. Alexis started her career as a paraprofessional in Clovis Unified, where she gained valuable experience. In 2018, she entered the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) as a Registered Behavioral Technician, sparking her passion for working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Alexis has since advanced in her career, earning a Master’s in ABA in 2022 and obtaining her BCBA in November 2023. She currently serves as the Director of Operations. With experience in school, home, and clinical settings, Alexis brings a comprehensive approach to supporting children’s needs, addressing them from various perspectives.

Outside of work, Alexis enjoys spending time with her husband and their dog, Jax. She loves hanging out with friends and family, trying new foods, and traveling.
