Clinical Leadership

Our team is made up of highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and behavior therapists with deep expertise in evidence-based, school-focused interventions. United by a commitment to quality and meaningful outcomes, we design and implement programs that are grounded in research and driven by results.

Advanced Support

Our Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) bring specialized skills and a fun spirit to their roles. Affectionately called “BATS” (Behavior Assessment & Training Specialists), these professionals have advanced training in managing severe behaviors, implementing trauma-informed interventions, and supporting individuals with complex needs.

Positive Results

We’ve seen measurable success: 90% of students are able to remain at their home schools or least restrictive environments (LRE), 98% of students with past suspensions experience no further suspensions, and there’s an average 85% decrease in maladaptive behaviors.

One of the key benefits of EBC is its efficiency. My RBT was so supportive and kind with his student. He allowed the student to help manage his emotions and reactions to be able to stay on track and get back to work. I saw so much growth with the student in the time that I knew him and much of it was due to the RBT helping him to focus and remain positive and calm in times of struggle. I truly hope to have the same RBT back next year.
