Hello! My Name is Noah VanderBes, I have been working in the field of ABA for 6 years now and loving every day! I have worked in many facets of the field including early intervention, social skills, functional living skills, home sessions, and center-based ABA. My favorite things to teach are social skills and functional living skills! When I am not at work I enjoy cooking, hiking, being with my family and hanging out with my dog! I’m also a huge office fan and will quote it about 100 times a day! My duties at EBC are to train all our awesome new hires, conduct interviews, lead our outstanding trainers and support our rockstar staff! I am currently pursuing my bachelor’s degree at Arizona state university and have a plan to become a SPED teacher when I am finished. I love the work that we do so much, it is truly a privilege to wake up and come work at EBC every morning!
