Dr. Mark Adams,

Dr. Adams has worked in the field of developmental disabilities for over 30 years.  He earned a M.A. degree in developmental psychology from California State University, Fresno and his Ph.D. in behavior analysis from the University of Nevada, Reno. While at UNR, he was the assistant director for the academic assessment office.  

Dr. Adams served as the executive director for two non-public schools in California, and his professional background includes leadership positions in other fields ranging from psychiatric hospitals to autism agencies across both for profit and not for profit settings. He has taught many psychology courses at both the undergraduate and graduate level. 

He has published articles and book chapters on a variety of topics including choice, inherited behavior and habit reversal and presented professional talks and provided training across the United States and in other countries.  He is excited for the opportunity to consult with school districts to help them meet the difficult challenge of providing excellent educational experiences and opportunities in both special education and general education settings.
