For the past 14 years, Laura Hannaford has been immersed in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis, earning her BCBA in 2017 and advancing through a wide range of clinical and leadership roles—from Behavior Technician to Chief Clinical Officer. Throughout her career, she has cultivated a deep commitment to supporting meaningful, lasting change for the individuals and families she serves.

What Laura values most about her work is witnessing clients gain independence and discover the communication methods that empower them to express their voices. Helping others build confidence, autonomy, and authentic connection remains at the heart of her professional mission.
